  • $2,800,000.00 – Motor vehicle collision resulting in survival action/wrongful death.
  • $1,900,000.00 – Wrongful death and survival action for death of a client who was shot outside of a nightclub. Before the shooting erupted, several calls were made to 911 by witnesses to intervene in an altercation outside the club, but 911 was busy. Because no emergency response was forthcoming, my client was shot and killed.
  • $1,850,000.00 – Client suffered severe internal and debilitating injuries as a result of being rear-ended by an 18 wheeler.
  • $1,079,000.00 – Plaintiff suffered severe eye injuries in a chemical spill offshore. Evidence indicated that equipment was defective but plaintiff was not wearing required safety glasses.
  • $1,050,000.00 (coverage cap) – Plaintiff motorcyclist suffered head injuries when a domestic animal entered his lane of travel causing him to be thrown from the motorcycle.
  • $950,000.00 (little under coverage cap) – Plaintiff underwent several surgeries to her neck and back due to injuries received in a rear-end collision.
  • $825,000.00 – Plaintiff’s shoulder was injured in a rollover accident when a left-turning motorist struck his vehicle while he passing in a passing zone.
  • $750,000.00 – Plaintiff injured when motorcycle struck commercial vehicle. The victim suffered a fractured tibia and fibula (bones between knee and ankle) which required surgery.
  • $672,600.00 – Plaintiff motorcyclist was injured when a commercial vehicle improperly entered his lane of travel. Plaintiff underwent lumbar and shoulder surgery, but suffered no significant wage loss.
  • $600,000.00 – Client was injured in a rear end collision with a commercial vehicle and underwent shoulder and knee surgery.
  • $550,000.00 – (damages cap) Plaintiff was injured and underwent lumbar surgery as a result of a rear-end collision caused by a municipal employee.
  • $500,000.00 – Plaintiff underwent a cervical microdiscectomy as a result of injuries suffered in a collision when a left-turning motorist improperly entered her lane of travel.
  • $480,000.00 – Woman was injured in a rear-end accident and required a lumbar micro-discectomy.
  • $443,332.00 – Plaintiff injured her back in a rear-end collision caused by a municipal employee. Surgery was deemed inevitable, but plaintiff opted not to have the surgery before trial.
  • $385,500.00 – Plaintiff was recommended a two-level cervical fusion for injuries suffered when she was struck by a commercial vehicle while jogging on the side of the highway. Plaintiff opted not to undergo surgery and remained working through date of trial.
  • $350,000.00 – Plaintiff was injured when a commercial vehicle struck the rear-end of her vehicle, causing injuries to her neck and back. Plaintiff was recommended a two-level cervical fusion, but could not undergo the surgery due to uncontrolled diabetes. Plaintiff continued to work.
  • $320,000.00 – Plaintiff injured her neck after colliding with a vehicle entering the highway from a private drive. Plaintiff returned to work with minor residual issues.
  • $300,000.00 – Plaintiff was injured in a rear-end collision and required a cervical microdiscectomy. Plaintiff returned to work with minor residual issues.
  • $250,000.00 (coverage cap) – Plaintiff injured his neck in a rear-end collision. A two-level cervical fusion was recommended but not undergone at the time of settlement.
  • $250,000.00 – Client suffered a laceration to her elbow in an automobile accident which required plastic surgery. No damage to the bone or joints.
  • $200,000.00 – Plaintiff injured her neck in a broadside collision. Surgery was recommended but plaintiff opted not to have it.
  • $175,000.00 – Client suffered injuries in an automobile accident and surgery was recommended. However, the same surgery had been recommended five years prior to the accident. Client did not undergo surgery.
  • $175,000.00 – Plaintiff had pre-existing surgical fusion of four vertebrae was involved in a motor vehicle collision. No damage to previous fusion was demonstrated, but victim experienced an exacerbation of pain for a period of eight months.
  • $145,000.00 – Plaintiff injured her shoulder in a motor vehicle collision. There was a recommendation for surgery, but plaintiff opted not to have surgery before trial. Plaintiff continued in her employment.
  • $135,000.00 – Client suffered soft tissue injuries in an automobile accident and treated with a chiropractor for two years.
  • $125,000.00 – Client suffered a slip and fall in a restaurant parking lot and broke her arm.
  • $75,000.00 – Plaintiff suffered hairline fracture in ankle upon falling down a defective staircase at a commercial establishment.
